For each glaze or finish you will find the firing grades, below the explanations of the manufacturing processes.
The first firing takes place when the piece has completely dried from its processes: lathe, mold, casting, incisions and various applications, once cooked it will be called «biscuit»: 1st fire.
The second firing takes place on the biscuit by glazes, crystalline : 2nd fire.
The third firing is for precious metals takes place on the glazes, crystalline by gold, platinum, copper, silver, luster’s glazes: 3rd fire.
1° firing: Biscuit 1020°
2° firing: Gloss glazes 920° | Matt glazes 950°
3rd firing: Gold, Platinum, Silver, Copper, glaze with luster 680°
